MEDITATION CLASSES


Weekly Meditation Session: Saturday: 200-3:00 PM.

  • Description: The class starts with 20 minutes of breath meditation, follow by a discussion about weekly relevant topics.

Bi-weekly Meditation Session: Saturday: 8:00 AM-12:00 PM.

  • Description: This session is reserved for advanced and serious meditators, who like to develop the meditation skills by delving deeper meditative states and exploring the innermost of the mind to find the ultimate peace and calmness through a persistent practice. Its schedule includes 50 minutes of sitting meditation and 10 minutes of walking meditation, alternatively.
